Pros
SRI encourages their employees to broaden their scope of experience in order to expand the variety of roles they can fill. The company and management pride themselves by promoting from within whenever possible. Personally, I have worked every position in our program; not only does this benefit the employee, it strengthens the program due to the promoted employee's knowledge base. I appreciate knowing that I am valued and that I have support from upper management and the owner.
Cons
If there is one thing I could have improved, it would be the responsiveness of the HR department when they are asked for information or a completed action.
