This place is full of negativity with little to no room for growth. Much like the Corona Virus the place infects indivduals one by one to where they will eventually have to leave. Yes, management is racist, however, it often sugar coated or justified by reasoning. Stratix has lost a multidue of great employees who felt that there were at a dead end. Meanwhile,those that have dedicated their blood, sweat, and tears are often overlooked. Employees are often "overlooked" and inexperienced talent is hired and trained. The communication between upper managent and its suborinates is pisspoor. The lackluster performance of this company brings down the performance of employees who are not deemed "management" or run within the " good ole boy" clique. This company should trust those who exemplify great leadership skills and quality. Also, the should begin promoting rather than allowing them to walk away; finding employement more benificial to their needs. (I.E POSITIVE WORKSPACE, ROOM FOR GROWTH,and removing the undertone that "certain people" will not be promoted. Additonally, management should learn how to manage instead of holding accountable employees that was provided "false information", the lack of training, etc.
