Great Focus on Customers and Employees! - Operations Manager Stratix Employee Review

I am so impressed with how Stratix has responded to COVID19. It is obvious that they really care about their staff - immediately allowing the majority of the staff to work from home, and creating a safe(socially distanced) environment for the production, staging, warehouse and key people that have to be in the building. Impressive compared to what some other companies took awhile to do. They are also focused on how they can help their customers throughout this pandemic which is awesome! Weekly townhalls and being very transparent have been really good.
