      Bad Management - Manager Stratix Employee Review

      Pros

      Working with the technicians. They come from all backgrounds and love to work at Stratix. The culture at the company is good. They do a lot to make their employees feel happy to work there. But right as you feel happy, they gut you by taking something you love away, such as covid bonuses.

      Cons

      Stratix let's employees have social media accounts full of racist, anti-LGBT, and misogynistic posts. HR doesn't care if you have to work with a racist, and they'll do nothing to make you or your teammates comfortable in a potentially hostile environment.

      Very customer focused organization with a "can do" attitude across the board!

      You get a company shirt. Work here if you need some fast cash.

      Cons

      No growth from within, poor management, and low pay.
