I think Stratix is a well-run company that thoroughly understands its mission and has a clear plan for growth. It's lean and nimble in a good way. The expectations it has for me are clearly laid out, and I don't feel like I spend an ounce of effort on tasks that aren't moving us forward. The leadership team is always leaning forward, and I feel like they're always willing to listen if I have suggestions for how to do something better.
