Able to build relations with fellow employees leading to better communication on projects assigned to certain techs. Benefits are also great. Needs for vacation or a small break is never limited to us and it feels nice to have that option when we need it for our health.
Cons
There’s no certain evaluation for any pay raise. Must directly ask and have good reason to as well. Sometimes management aren’t always in sync with one another causing employees under them to feel unneeded anxiety at times. Safety net for people to keep their jobs is thin depending on season
