      Pros

      At the time this was an enjoyable work situation providing a great deal of travel. My team were all good people to work with and professional Management was fair and made allowances for sometimes difficult situations. Trainers (at least on the contract side) were treated very well.

      Cons

      Inconsistency between training groups. Complete change in management means that most of the Pros are no longer substantiated.

      Very customer focused organization with a "can do" attitude across the board!

      None that come to mind.

      No growth from within, poor management, and low pay.
