What has happened to this company? - Tech Support Representative Stratix Employee Review

Stratix has lost its way since the buying VOX. The CEO is now non-existent. Our area used to be so great. Our leader who cared about us and was the best we've ever had was pushed to the side and they put a new guy in that who doesn't care about any of the people. We are now just a number. It's like VOX bought Stratix in my department because everything is changing to the VOX way and all the good things put in place the last few years is gone. It used to be a good place to be but no so much anymore. I don't get why this was a good thing? You've got some people having to take 25 calls a day, and others sitting in waiting on 3 calls a day....stupid.
