      Pros

      Small company mindset, with big company goals and objectives. Everyone works hard and together to meet deadlines. Everyone pitches in from the top down and management is very good at recognizing work.Positive, inclusive work environment. Employees enjoy working here and it shows.

      Cons

      Some systems are still manual and don't integrate together well.
