Great people in the trenches ... And it used to be a great company ...
Cons
Company is saddled with debt. Senior management is grasping at straws to come up with a plan and failing time and time again. They have gotten mega bonuses while the average employees get small if any raises. In about the last ten years my total raises were about 4 to 5% (that is total, not per year) even though I was getting above average reviews.
