Pros

Work based on micromanagement . The work environment is highly controlling, with excessive micromanagement that fosters a Brazilian culture of pressure, exploitation, and public humiliation. A challenging work environment with a perceived culture of fear rather than psychological safety. Confidential employee information is reportedly not handled with the level of discretion expected at all levels, with concerns about inappropriate sharing by senior leadership. Limited professionalism in certain dynamics, creating an atmosphere that at times feels more like a school setting than a corporate environment. Compensation does not appear to align with workload and responsibilities. High workload and sustained pressure, often leading to burnout. Leadership quality is inconsistent, with limited support, guidance, and strategic clarity. Employees may feel treated primarily as production resources rather than valued contributors.

Cons

My experience was highly challenging, and I would recommend that candidates carefully evaluate whether the company’s stated culture truly aligns with the day-to-day reality. In practice, the organizational culture does not seem consistently reflected in the working environment. There is a strong sense of pressure and overwork, which can feel exploitative at times. Support from global leadership feels distant, with limited regard for individual well-being. Additionally, management style in my experience lacked professionalism and respect, which significantly impacted morale and overall job satisfaction.

Pros

The new management can’t follow their own new rules. They change everything to fit their own narrative. If they don’t like what you are wearing, they will turn around and change the policy to be what they want , an example is dress code change. The new continuous improvement excellence manager thinks sh is in charge of the entire manufacturing floor. Instead of going to the manufacturing management she feels it’s necessary to go directly to employees who work on the floor and speak to them about what she doesn’t like. She knows nothing about working in a machine shop and makes up safety rules that don’t even apply. It’s overkill. Psychological safety is at risk as she and the new site manager do not welcome your thoughts or concerns it’s their way or no way. This is definitely a different company now and the culture went from goo to toxic.

Cons

Culture, pay, and OT payments not paid when holiday or using your vacation time sick time.
