Pros

Competitive pay, excellent benefits, growth potential, ever-improving management, high flexibility within the facility.

Cons

Consistently behind the curve (but catching up), consistently launching products unprepared, still has a "small company" attitude overall.

Hi there thank you very much for your positive and constructive feedback. I will share it with our management team. As you know we are working in a fast-paced industry which might be the reason that sometimes things feels a little bit "unprepared". Thank God in many fields we are far in front of our competitors, in some others we have to work on closing the gap to the top. For me this is what makes us special. The challenge is to have both: quality (and maturity) of the products and be fast (and innovative) enough to lead the market. That is why we are investing heavily to be a high performance company and to focus on our player-learner-mindset. Good to have you with us on our journey to rock dentistry! If you want to share your thoughts with me more detailed - contact me. I am happy to learn what we could improve. Greetings from Switzerland Marcus Marcus Fischer --- Team Talent Acqusition

Excellent people, great company, great company culture

Cons

company growth comes with growing pains, company culture and money/time spent towards employee appreciation events seem to be waning.

Pros

The new management can’t follow their own new rules. They change everything to fit their own narrative. If they don’t like what you are wearing, they will turn around and change the policy to be what they want , an example is dress code change. The new continuous improvement excellence manager thinks sh is in charge of the entire manufacturing floor. Instead of going to the manufacturing management she feels it’s necessary to go directly to employees who work on the floor and speak to them about what she doesn’t like. She knows nothing about working in a machine shop and makes up safety rules that don’t even apply. It’s overkill. Psychological safety is at risk as she and the new site manager do not welcome your thoughts or concerns it’s their way or no way. This is definitely a different company now and the culture went from goo to toxic.

Cons

Culture, pay, and OT payments not paid when holiday or using your vacation time sick time.
