Management is disturbingly incompetent, politics is astronomically concerning to anyone who wants to advance without kissing grass, they're more interested in hiring externally for managerial positions than promoting highly competent, current employees for arbitrary and belittling reasons. They are losing a LOT of talent because they refuse to listen to current employees about toxic leadership. No exit interviews when people leave to see just WHY they are leaving. They preach that they care, but they really don't, their "idea" portal gets a lot of lip service, but leadership does zero follow up which is likely why people don't care about it or take it seriously; they reward favorite employees, not those with genuinely good ideas. They'll bribe employees into silence with occasional gifts and food. Some employees have even been threatened into silence for attempting to bring legitimate concerns to higher leadership. Talent comes here for experience, then they leave for greener pastures elsewhere because of the horrifying politcking.
