Frustrating to try and teach here - Adjuncr Professor Strayer University Employee Review

I taught part time online for about eight years. Each year the academic integrity went down, down, down, while our work load increased (post videos, etc,) and pay stayed stagnant. A lot of student cheating and low quality work with Deans and administration forcing faculty to change failing grades upward to pass students.. Starting to approach a diploma mill.
