-Management leads by instilling fear of losing job -Very little job training, if any -Students are numbers for a profit, not a someone who wants to learn -Students are allowed continue on despite obvious goal of only using financial aid as a means of income -Phone records are constantly monitored -Rules do not apply equally to all staff -No communication between management and staff -Friendship between employees and between employees and students is STRONGLY discouraged
