It could be a great company if they cared more about eduation then numbers - Admissions Officer Strayer University Employee Review

Management was the so unprofessional!!! Senior management was even worse. They that intimidation was the best way to communicate. The constantly changed the policies and procedures. Management did not look at outside factors that effected numbers, they thought it was Admissions job to waive the magic wand. No sense of employee loyalty, they will demote you for no reason or just cause. It could have the potential to be great for adult learners but its not geared towards education....they just want the number!!!
