There’s a lot of nepotism and micromanagement. They have a timer that will start a countdown if you’re away from your desk. So say you need to go to the bathroom, it’ll time you. If you’ve been gone for more than 5mins, your manager will send you a chat message asking you where you were. So if you know you’ll be away from your desk for more than 5mins, you gotta let them know ahead of time and why. It was insane.
