      I've been working full time here for close to a year now and I feel its a great place to work in. 1. Management - Approachable and supportive 2. Colleagues - Competitive yet friendly 3. Work environment - One of the best I've worked in so far 4. Employee Experience - Top Notch! 5. Skills/Learning - As a start-up in its initial stages there are immense opportunities to learn new things, gain knowledge and up-skill yourself every day, literally!

      Cons

      Negligible - Whenever we have a situation that needs to be addressed, we bring it to the notice of the management and work on a solution.

      * Good working environment * Friendly Management * Trust Employees * You get to gain more knowlege in short span of time *Will treat everyone as equal. There is no Politics involved. It is been more than year working for the company and its been great journey. I would strongly recommend candidates to join Streams Inc with my personnal experience.

      Cons

      I really didnt find any ! At any point of time if we find something uncomforatble,if we report it to the management they will get the things fixed immediately.
