Pros

Streck is truly a great place to work. I have been here for nearly two years and I think that it is an extraordinarily interesting place to work. Our company provides products that are integral to quality health care so it is easy to get excited about what we do!

Cons

The diversity of jobs makes it difficult for everyone to always feel like we are on the same team, but it is not horrible.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of working for this company was its strong focus on work-life balance, which allowed employees to maintain a healthy blend between professional and personal life. The modern and well-designed office building created a comfortable and motivating environment to work in every day. Being part of the healthcare industry also made the work meaningful, knowing that our efforts contributed to improving people’s well-being. Additionally, the company’s profit-sharing program was a great incentive, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions to the organization’s overall success.

Cons

One of the main downsides of working for this company was that management needed significant improvement, as communication and decision-making often lacked transparency and consistency. Over time, office politics and nepotism began to influence promotions and opportunities, which affected team morale and collaboration. These issues gradually started to impact the overall workplace culture, making it harder for employees to stay motivated and feel recognized based on merit.
