I worked at this location for about 8 months doing sales. I did my job well with high integrity and work ethic and became a top seller. I resigned my position after what I viewed as constructive dismissal after I spoke up about concerning workplace issues. One major issue is passive leadership which protects lazy employees, yet aggressively micro-manages high performers (including menial writeups). They punish people who point out problems, even if they've asked for your input. There is zero positive feedback- just complaints and asking for more sales. They push high pressure sales techniques and not adequately explaining contracts to clients - just make the sale. The other issue is toxic workplace culture. Culture is what drives a business and it's reflected in this location's sales, high customer turnover, and high employee turnover. (Dishonesty, tolerating/rewarding bad behavior, lack of trust, gossip between leadership and employees, not respecting boundaries, inconsistent expectations/priorities, zero recognition, poor communication, lazy leadership). Something else to note: my employee compensation contract was completely ignored and compensation was cut in half and that percentage was given to the practitioner role (who showed consistent laziness and tardiness) creating workplace tension between employee roles. Direct emails to leadership went ignored for weeks. The job market is terrible right now, but if you must accept this position, keep looking while you work. Hours are inconsistent and you're not promised much (one employee cut to 4hrs weekly which is laughable). They will overload new hires to the point of exhaustion and then cut your hours to nothing so you quit. I will never recommend this business to family or friends, for employment or otherwise.
