Pros
It's fulfilling to stretch people and improve people's pain and discomfort. It's a great skill to have and adds value to you as a personal trainer.
Cons
your back will end up hurting if you aren't really careful about how you stretch people. The pay isn't worth the physical labor and when you sign up to work there you'll be agreeing to a noncompete agreement. It's better to just get their certification and leave. Don't work there or they'll limit your ability to make good money. Often upper management is lazy and will push work onto the flexes that they don't want to do. Also some of the flexologists are perverts.
