Pros

With support of good owners you could have a great experience. Enjoyed building a great team for both flexes and front desk. I was able to build a great work environment.

Cons

If your studio is not in a wealthy city, it’s hard to maintain membership quotas. A lot of people cancel after their minimum of 3 months. It’s an expensive membership, advertised as a luxury service. Which means not everyone can afford to get the membership. Corporate says the same things over again when asking them how to improve as if you haven’t been doing their advise. It’s just a broken record. Pay is up to studio owner but it’s not even that great based on corporate model. My studio, owners were terrible and not helpful, they actually made things worse since they didn’t want to spend money to market. Almost $300 a month for 4- 50 minute sessions.

Pros

You get to meet awesome clients, and you get to learn a lot

Cons

Depending on who owns your franchise and who your manager is. They’ll keep gaslighting you for issues the ownership/upper management created in their own. If you don’t take ownership of the problems they made and you keep telling them it’s their issue they created, they’ll end up just trying I find a way to fire you and still try to blame it on you but trying to frame it as if you quit.
