There is a lot of support at Stride from upper management and I feel very close to the decisions made by the CEO and clinical directors.

Cons

Not many downsides to this position. Company is still growing but growing well and doing it the right way.

everything else especially the people and management. Super rude if you weren't in the "clique" and all they do is talk crap about everyone
