Serving underserved communities, investing in current staff, focus on work/life balance, focus on strong company culture, every clinic is allowed autonomy to create systems and develop their own clinic in a way that works for their specific needs, administration respects and requests staff feedback, no micromanaging, no minimum billable hours requirements, manageable case loads, prioritizing client autonomy and individuality instead of client compliance/attempting to push neurotypical standards on children with Autism
Cons
Stride needs to continue to work on growth opportunities and continuing to develop feedback systems for staff. There is also no 401k matching.
