Pros

Supportive team and administration. My BCBAs support and guide me as I go to school to become a BCBA while working full-time as an RBT. I appreciate the down-to-earth and honest approach and feel supported by the higher-ups.

Cons

The cons are that this job is no walk in the park. It is physically and emotionally demanding. But ultimately rewarding.

everything else especially the people and management. Super rude if you weren't in the "clique" and all they do is talk crap about everyone
