Pros

The supervisors are awesome and are always there to help. I feel listened to and supported, Stride has also made changes to policies when brought up by staff (for example, they gave RBTs an extra day of PTO for each year worked and they gave a 401k match).

Cons

Can be very demanding and stressful, pay is low for the physical labor

everything else especially the people and management. Super rude if you weren't in the "clique" and all they do is talk crap about everyone
