      Pros

      Some great people, working in education really does introduce you to amazing people. Pay was okay (probably typical for this type of job). Virtual environment that didn't actually feel lonely or isolation.

      Cons

      Often more focused on quantity over quality - a school should focus on student success and not $$$. Rush work, staffing issues and miscommunication made it often hard to really do a good job; you just got tossed around too much to be able to focus on quality.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance has never been better for me. I work with a great team and love my job.

      Cons

      I wish the policy for working outside the country had not changed, but this does not impact me personally.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
