      Pros

      Excellent team. No workplace drama, Everyone acts like an adult. People are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      As a mainly geographically distributed company, there isn't a very defined place to find the information that you need to know, but there are resources to email to ask for help. Most of my team are more than helpful to suggest where I can find what I need, however. If you are a self starter, this is a great place to work.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance has never been better for me. I work with a great team and love my job.

      Cons

      I wish the policy for working outside the country had not changed, but this does not impact me personally.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
