      Pros

      I currently work for Stride and I am enjoying every minute of it. I love working with a team that cares and respects each other and are there for each other too in anyway possible. Together we can to help every student be successful. Though at times it may seem overwhelming but just knowing your team has your back gives peace of mind. We are there for each other so we can be there for our students. I love my job!

      Cons

      Lots of pivoting but it makes you better in the long run so it's really not a con.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance has never been better for me. I work with a great team and love my job.

      Cons

      I wish the policy for working outside the country had not changed, but this does not impact me personally.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
