      Constant changes. Poor communication from administration. No recognition for hard working employees, no job security, an entire department laid off=no student support.

      Pros

      This company is great and they really make you feel appreciated and I actually enjoy my position. I love resolving complex system issues and going out of my way to resolve user's issues. This company has made me enjoy the technical field.

      Nothing. This company is moving towards success and user satisfaction.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
