Pros

There are many pros, such as, the customers are so wonderful and it is always a pleasure helping them. They honestly make my day. The coworkers I have met are so kind and helpful and fun.

Cons

Randomly changes schedule and my coworkers have had to suddenly be switched from full time to part time and file for unemployment.

Pros

This company is great and they really make you feel appreciated and I actually enjoy my position. I love resolving complex system issues and going out of my way to resolve user's issues. This company has made me enjoy the technical field.

Cons

Nothing. This company is moving towards success and user satisfaction.

Pros

Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

Cons

Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
