Easy Work. Before Covid, the in office environment was a positive, high energy, place to be.
Cons
Low pay. Management doesn’t take the advice of employees, supervisors, or complaining applicants on how to make processes better. Low moral. Management will move up their friends over qualified candidates without even conducting proper interviews. Management has fired complete departments without confirming the product bought to replace that department is efficient.
