Pros

80% Remote, equipment provided, paid holidays, Spring, Summer, and Winter breaks

Cons

Was not trained when hired or given a mentor, was not given proper acknowledgment for new ideas and performance as others, was called a racial slur by a parent and was not supported or backed up by the head of school. Every year you must travel for testing and be responsible for hundreds of computers getting to your site and keeping up with them. You will also have to get all students for your site scheduled and tested at your site or sites of their choice or nearby locations that may allow them to test. You will be responsible for all rescheduled and make-ups and accommodated students. You also will be expected to follow your normal schedule while making calls to confirm testers.

This company is great and they really make you feel appreciated and I actually enjoy my position. I love resolving complex system issues and going out of my way to resolve user's issues. This company has made me enjoy the technical field.

Cons

Nothing. This company is moving towards success and user satisfaction.

Pros

Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

Cons

Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
