An absolute circus - Product Designer Stride Employee Review

The lack of direction and business strategy is astonishing. If you don't value people's professions, then why should anyone work here? I got hired with the expectation that I could bring value to Stride but instead was constantly left in limbo. There was no communication from higher-level management on what our goals needed to be or any systems put in place to meet said goals. Never would I recommend a designer, a researcher, a UX strategist, or any related professionals to work for Stride. The CEO is anti-user experience, anti-teacher, anti-employee, and PRO profit only.
