      Pros

      Good pay for the time you tutor. Any training is paid 17/hr. Good online hub to use resources and lessons for tutoring sessions.

      Cons

      Sometimes there’s not a lot of tutoring jobs to sign up for. When district contracts come up you can sign up as interested and they may pick you, usually they pick you if you have a very open schedule. I’ve maybe had 4 people book me all year.

      Pros

      This company is great and they really make you feel appreciated and I actually enjoy my position. I love resolving complex system issues and going out of my way to resolve user's issues. This company has made me enjoy the technical field.

      Cons

      Nothing. This company is moving towards success and user satisfaction.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
