Pros
Work from home No over time much so you do get to clock out at 5 and have work life balance
Cons
Pay is horrible $17 per hour and want you to do several different jobs in one role. No structure or communication Change things daily without letting you know Micromanaging you have to fill out a report every end of day with how many calls, text emails sent along with audits, reports , documents basically every detail of what you did all day. Constant meetings which takes away from you actually getting work done. Getting emails all day with things that need to be done right away on top of your regular work with two hour deadlines. Super disorganized and horrible training because no one knows what there doing people there five years still not having a clue how to do there job was my red flag! Also they don’t pay your pto out even when I was told they would hr came back and said they don’t. I was told several wrong things while I worked there because no one knows anything. Run fast.
