Low pay. Been here what feels like forever. I stuck around because work/personal life balance used to be decent and that was my top priority. Not anymore. During Covid, company took off and has been doing great based on revenue report. Despite the success of the company, they put a cap on annual raise at 2%. Unrealistic timeline on projects. I can’t count how many hours I have worked for FREE for this company but anyone above ‘Manager’ level seem to be…..out of touch. They really don’t care. Agile. It’s not Agile. No one really does Agile correctly. But this company is pushing us to do demos, retro, etc. now, CEO pushed this extra step on release process on top of well-beyond reasonable expectation on project. I came here to rant. Can you tell?
