They give us a truck, gas card, laptop, phone, & credit card, which is nice not to use personal money for company expenses. No sharing of tools or testing equipment. Any tool we need we can get approval to purchase.

Schedule changes every minute, lots of local travel, all over NY, NJ, and sometimes PA. Not always clear on scope of work.

Structure works deals with large and small scale companies, you can learn a lot about both sides of work flow from working here.

They are not always hugely organized.
