      Fun perks that come along with traveling for work as a lifestyle. Work carries a lot of meaning when you're setting up operating rooms with state of the art equipment.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care about their employees. No clear metrics to measure success and feel like you're on track for promotion.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
