Pros

- Top notch benefits. - Well-trained management: all managers are trained at centralized company Leadership Academy, all directors and above are trained at Harvard Business School's Executive Management Program. - Other employees are high achievers and can be trusted to get the job done. HR does a fine job screening for the best employees. - World class sales team. - Plenty of opportunities for advancement - will change positions typically every 2-3 years, unless employees want to stay in same position. - Great experience to have on the resume. - Exceptional company culture - if you're a good fit, this is a great working environment. HR does a great job making sure candidates fit the culture.

Cons

- Outside of sales and director+ level, pay is below industry average. - Bonuses are very low for lower level managers. - Bonuses are not achievable without more resources allotted.

Pros

The individual contributors you work with are fantastic people and the products we work on are really interesting and have significant impacts on patient care.

Cons

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
