Terrible Management - Anonymous employee Stryker Employee Review

My Manager told me that there is no such thing as success is business, and success in a personal life. AKA, the manager said I cannot have a life outside work at Stryker. Mediocre management, turns top talent away, and nobody seems to care about departments having employees leave their department with no succession planning. Terrible group think- if you like to advance or challenge for the betterment of the business you will not fit in. They do not want those who can try to progress units, but rather those who cannot think for themselves and can be told what to do.
