Pros
Energetic group of talented manufacturing engineers, associate managers and product engineers (mostly recent grads or interns). Quality is a priority. Hourly manufacturing support personnel are well trained with very low turnover. Well designed products.
Cons
Lower management production positions appear to be filled with young and inexperienced individuals. Screening process selects only type A people who are focused, but do not appear to play/share well with others across departments (team environment). Due to the inexperience, attention to detail is occasionally missed and advice is sometimes ignored (my experience). As a contractor, my advise and inputs were generally ignored. Received a bad reference for unexplained reasons with no way to reconcile .
