      Still some good coworkers not much more to say about the pros

      Cons

      No respect for senior workers they take advantage of anyone and everyone.Ops managers have no knowledge / skill they use all their spies to watch everything you do unless your willing to say no problem to everything they want they shun you and make working their very difficult way to much political redirect very stressful and too much favoritism.

      Pros

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
