      Pros

      Big company, lots of money, lots of products, well known in hospital and pre-hospital in the US

      Cons

      They are old school with the benefits, and they do not pay enough base salary to live in the Northwest. It takes forever for them to make a change. Medical benefits cost the employee way too much.

      Pros

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
