Pros

Great coworkers and management group. Very autonomous, freedom to manage your daily/weekly service calls and complete paperwork requirements. Great benefit package. Training was good and the tech support at the corporate level is top notch. They will help when you are stuck or having issues in the field.

Cons

Can be long hours or overnights depending on the need. If you need to have a hard "stop time" at the end of every day that may be difficult to do. There is a sales aspect to the job, performance and results driven. Expected to grow your territory. If you aren't a people person or like sales this job may not be for you.

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
