      Pros

      Great atmosphere, invested in there employees and strong emphasis on peoples achievements, very interesting technology and environment in a fast growing company where everything constantly changes

      Cons

      Heavily reliant on contractors and higher level financial decisions often lead to teams being cut regardless of requirments and effect on current projects but not sure there is many large corporations out there where this is not the case.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
