-Great benefits -Perks like swag and free lunches -well-being programs with bonuses for active/fit lifestyles -Outstanding level of competence of employees -Great corporate culture -Employee retention - they want you to advance within the company -$$ paychecks -"dress for your day" dress code -great offices/facilities -new gym on site -Work life balance

Cons

-The interview process is tough. If you know yourself and go into interviews with confidence and prepared, you can make it. -People are expected to perform. If you want a job you can coast along in, Stryker is not for you.

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
