Cons

Many products are outdated, yet sales quotas and pressure to perform continue to increase. Company is heavily focused on sales quotas and profit margins. Regional managers are pressured by upper management to make quotas, etc. Frequent turnover in sales reps and managers. Lack of appreciation shown to good customers.

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
