      Pros

      Stryker's values are Integrity, Accountability, PEOPLE, and Performance. I love working at an organization that values its people, fully realizing that they are an organization's best asset. They have truly empowered me to manage my own career, and I'm so excited for the opportunities ahead.

      Cons

      Not a con per say, however it is a very fast paced environment, one that requires personal ambition and drive, so if that isn't for you, you may consider looking at opportunities elsewhere.

      Pros

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
