Pros
From my experience the pros are: good benefits, great coworkers and great pay, recognition for work performance. I've the negative reviews and can agree with what's been said. I've seen and heard some negative things about management and how some sites work. However, my experience has been nothing but positive so far.
Cons
Applied to another Stryker site (due to closure of current facility) and was rejected after jumping through multiple hoops (not sure why they would make a current employee work so hard for a lateral position). I was given conflicting reasons why I was not a "good fit." I suppose my praised past work performance wasn't enough.
